Introduced is into scientific use the concept of new method of training “Variability of playing difficult decisions of learning educational problems” (VIRTUOZ). Examined are basic provisions underlying this way of organizing educational process at university. Listed are stages of realization the project VIRTUOZ. Shown are results of implementation phase of sociological questionnaire in relation to learning and educational task, i.e. identifying and solving problems of writing term papers and final qualifying works. Questionnaire of students and teachers identified problematic aspects of methodological support for written works. Both students and teachers considered as most difficult following tasks: research and systematization of international experience on researched topic, implementation of practical calculations, detection of discussion points on the chosen theme. It is proved, that the project VIRTUOZ helps to identify problems of educational process at university, as well as finding solutions to such.
