Presented are general characteristics of federal legislation in the sphere of breeding and education, incl. it’s meaning and components’ composition. In detail analyzed is character of basic changes in federal legislation, as to the named sphere. Formulated is a list of unsolved problems, as well as outlined are main directions of development of federal legislation in the sphere of education.
