Emphasized is the necessity of systematic reformualtion and revision of anthropic principle to overcome the limitations of the traditional interpretation, in particular, to encompass the self-organizing side of matter and to correspond to the recent achievements of modern day science. Furthermore, presented is the outline of such scientifc project, and some of its applications to cosmology is discussed.
