About the universal principle’s of educational standards for different level of education

The paper shows that it is high on the agenda of the state educational standards of the second generation to form a man and a citizen. The pursuit of this purpose must be accompanied by the relevant reorganized educational process of all the following stages of education. At every educational level a man has the right to choose an individual educational trajectory, adequate to his or her physiological and physical abilities and outer socio-economic conditions.
